DesignsDelivered LLC, doing business as AI Church Graphics ("we," "us," or "our"), provides an AI-powered church graphic design service in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your church or organization name, email address, design wording and instructions, uploaded photos or logos, support messages, and design codes.
- Order and membership information: the design bought, the membership and its renewal date, payment status, and limited transaction details. Our payment processor receives your card details; we never receive or store the full card number.
- Basic technical information: IP address, browser or device type, pages used, session identifiers, cookies, your language choice, and security or error logs.
You do not need an account to try or buy a design. Our systems still keep a session identifier so your work stays attached to your browser and your church's free tries are counted correctly.
Because this service is for churches, your church name, design wording or photos may reveal religious beliefs. We use that information only to provide and support the service — never to profile you or target advertising.
How we use information
To create and deliver designs; save your tries and revisions; process payments and memberships; provide support; operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service; prevent fraud or misuse; keep business and tax records; and comply with law. We send service emails about a request, purchase or membership. We send marketing email only when the law permits, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
AI providers. Your wording, instructions and photos are sent to AI services to draw and check your designs. Your logo is placed by our own software and is never sent to an image model. We do not use your uploads, wording or finished designs to train AI models of our own. Our AI providers may keep what we send them for a short time for safety checks. Under the business terms we use, they do not use it to train their models; if that ever changes, we will update this policy.
Who else handles your information
Only as reasonably needed, service providers that host and store data, send email, process payments, manage sign-in and sessions, run background jobs, and draw and check designs with AI; professional advisers, insurers and authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or comply with law; and a buyer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of the business, under appropriate confidentiality protections.
Service providers may process information only to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your uploads or finished designs for advertising or a stock library without your separate, express permission. We publish no church's design, and no testimonial, without written permission.
Cookies, language and measurement
We use only necessary cookies: for your session and sign-in, security, counting free tries, and remembering a language you choose. If you choose "En español", a cookie remembers it only until you close your browser: for the rest of that visit, pages without /es in the address show in Spanish, and your next visit starts in English again. A page address that starts with /es always shows Spanish. A church that saves Spanish on its profile keeps it for a year. We measure how the site is used with our own first-party records, not with third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add any, we will update this policy and provide the notice or consent tools the law requires. Other websites linked from ours have their own privacy practices.
Photos, logos and design links
Our separate Your Photos & Logo Policy applies to uploaded files. We do not use a photo for facial recognition or to create a biometric identifier. Design codes and design or files-page links may open the related design without a separate account. Keep them private and tell us promptly if one is lost or shared by mistake.
How long we keep things
Access to files and how long we keep data are two different things.
- Access. Your files page keeps the full-size files you bought available for at least 3 months after purchase. Files made with an Unlimited membership stay available while it is active and for 30 days after it ends. Watermarked previews are not stored for you. After a window ends we may remove the files; download and keep your own copies.
- Retention. Uploads, previews, finished files and the records of a request may stay in our systems after your access window ends, for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, taxes, disputes and legal compliance, and in our providers' backups for a limited time after that. Email we send you is kept by our email provider for a limited period. Order and payment records are kept where law requires. A design code's 30-day editing period is not a deletion date.
Inactive accounts. Our service is not permanent file storage. If a church has not used the service for a long time, we may close its account and remove what is stored under it. Please keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. If a legally reportable breach occurs, we will provide notice as required by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Email Hello@AIChurchGraphics.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority. If we deny a request we will explain why and, where required, how to appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
Children
The service is for adults acting for churches or organizations and is not directed to children under 13. Do not let a child place an order or send us personal information. An adult who uploads a photo of a minor must have permission from the child's parent or legal guardian; we use such a photo only to make the design you asked for.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. We will post the new date above and give additional notice when legally required. Earlier versions are kept and available on request. Questions or privacy requests: Hello@AIChurchGraphics.com.
