We want you to know what you are buying before you pay. You see your designs first and choose the one you want, so a paid design is generally final and is not refunded for a change of mind, a change of plans, or details you approved.
Free tries and revisions
- Your church's first 2 tries are free and need no card. Most tries come back with 3 design ideas in about 2 minutes. If a try fails, it is not used up.
- Each design you buy adds one more free try. Free tries have no cash value.
- A design you buy includes 4 revisions, which you may use before or after you buy. With an active Unlimited membership, revisions are unlimited. A revision that fails does not count. Unused revisions have no cash value.
If a file you bought is wrong, missing or will not open
Email Hello@AIChurchGraphics.com with the design code and tell us what is wrong — for example, a file is corrupted or will not open, a size is missing from your package, the design is materially different from the preview you accepted, or the wording is not what you submitted and approved.
We fix it first. We repair the file or send your package again at no cost. If that does not work, or we cannot deliver what you bought, we refund that purchase promptly and tell you when the refund has been issued.
If a paid design never arrives. If a design you paid for never renders and we cannot restore or resend it, we refund that charge promptly.
We also correct duplicate charges, charges for the wrong amount, and charges we cannot match to an order, and we investigate any charge you tell us you did not authorize. We check each report before a refund is issued. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days after we issue them. We do not reimburse printing, advertising, vendor, or other outside costs.
Unlimited membership
- Not happy with a design? Ask for another design or a revision — that is what the membership is for. We do not refund a membership payment because a result was not what you hoped for, or because you cancelled after using it.
- No refund for cancelling or a change of mind. An Unlimited payment is not refunded because you cancelled, changed your mind, did not use the membership, or did not use part of a month. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not undo the month you already paid for.
- Broken files made with your membership are repaired, rebuilt or resent at no cost.
- Billing errors are different. A duplicate charge, a wrong amount, a charge after your cancellation took effect, a charge you did not authorize, or a membership we did not actually provide — tell us. We investigate each one and correct what we find. Correcting a billing error is not a change-of-mind refund. Refunds required by law are honored.
- Cancelling. Sign in and cancel from your Membership page at any time. Your membership stays active to the end of the month you paid for and does not renew. Your finished files stay available to download for 30 days after it ends. Rights already granted in delivered designs remain.
