Terms of Service

Effective: October 19, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and DesignsDelivered LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as AI Church Graphics ("AI Church Graphics," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request, buying a design, joining Unlimited, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Your Photos & Logo Policy.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement. If you act for a church or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

No account is needed to try or buy a design. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under them.

2. How the service works

You give us a brief, wording, optional photos or a logo, your church name and email. Our AI design engine draws your designs.

What uses a try. Pressing Create My Designs starts one try. Most tries come back with 3 design ideas in about 2 minutes. Re-running the same brief in other styles uses another try. Your church's first 2 tries are free and need no card; each design you buy adds one more. A try that fails is not used up. With an active Unlimited membership, new designs are not limited by tries.

Revisions. Each design you buy includes 4 revisions. A revision edits the same design rather than replacing it, and you may use them before or after you buy. A revision that fails does not count. With an active Unlimited membership, revisions are unlimited. We keep earlier versions of a design so you can go back to one while the design is still available to you. A design code may reopen a finished design for editing for 30 days.

Timing. "About 2 minutes" is a typical result, not a guarantee. Demand, vendor outages and events outside our control can slow a try. If a paid design never renders and we cannot restore it, the Refund Policy applies.

Wording checks and your review. Before a design reaches you, automated checks compare it against the wording you typed and a design whose wording does not match is drawn again. A delivered design whose wording differs from what you submitted and approved is covered by the Refund Policy. The checks do not replace your own review: check every word, date, image, size and logo placement before accepting a design.

3. One Design — prices, payment and delivery

The price and total shown before you authorize payment control that purchase. Taxes may be added where required. One Design is one chosen design delivered in all 8 sizes, with no watermark, after payment is confirmed. The sizes are listed at checkout. Sizes in a different shape from the design you chose are redrawn in that design's style with your wording checked the same way, not simply cropped. Every delivered size is part of your purchase and carries the rights in Section 6.

Access to your files. Your files page keeps the full-size files you bought available for at least 3 months after purchase. Files made with an Unlimited membership stay available while it is active and for 30 days after it ends. Watermarked previews are not covered. Download and keep your own copies; the service is not permanent file storage.

Treat design codes and files-page links like passwords. Anyone with one may be able to open the related design or files. Tell us promptly if you think one has been shared by mistake.

4. Unlimited membership

Unlimited is a membership for one church organization, including its ministries and campuses. An organization that designs for more than one church needs a membership for each church. The price and renewal terms shown when you join control.

What it includes. While the membership is active: unlimited new design requests and unlimited revisions. For each design you choose which of the 8 sizes you need; only those are made. Two designs are drawn at a time per church; more wait in line. We do not cap the number of designs. If one membership appears to be making designs for different churches, we may review it and contact you.

Renewal and cancellation. Unlimited is $99 a month and renews each month on the card you chose until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your Membership page (sign in with your church email). When you cancel, your membership will not renew and stays active until the end of the month you paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current month. A duplicate or incorrect charge is still corrected — see the Refund Policy.

Refunds. Membership payments are not refunded for cancelling, a change of mind, the unused part of a month, or a design you did not like — ask for another design or a revision instead. Broken files are repaired, rebuilt or resent. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, a charge after your cancellation took effect, a membership we did not actually provide, and refunds required by law are investigated and corrected; correcting a billing error is not a change-of-mind refund. See the Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us and our service providers a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, crop, resize, modify, remove a background from, and use it only as needed to create, deliver, secure and support your designs.

You promise that for every photo, logo and file you submit you have the rights and permissions needed for the material and the use you asked for — including permission from every recognizable person and, for a recognizable minor, from a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit confidential records, payment-card data, government IDs, or material that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or infringes another person's rights.

6. Rights in delivered designs

Before payment, previews are for private evaluation only and may not be published or used.

Once a design is delivered to you — by purchase or through your Unlimited membership — you may use, copy, display, publish, distribute, print, broadcast, resize and adapt it, in every size delivered, for your church's or organization's lawful ministry, promotional, fundraising, social-media, merchandise and other activities, for as long as you like. You may give the files to printers, platforms, staff and contractors for those uses. We will not use your delivered design for another church.

Your designs are drawn by AI. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, and the AI services we use may produce similar output for someone else. We do not promise that a design is exclusive, that it is protected by copyright, or that we transfer any copyright to you. Do not register or rely on a design as a trademark without your own legal review, and do not extract or resell elements of a design as stand-alone stock, templates or assets.

You do not receive ownership of our software, workflow, style library, or other pre-existing elements.

7. AI, logo placement and third-party material

AI can produce unexpected details, inaccuracies, similarities, or material that may raise intellectual-property concerns. We use checks and review, but we do not provide trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity, printing or other legal clearance. You decide whether a finished design is right for your use.

Logo placement. When you ask us to include your logo, its placement, scale, background removal and treatment are chosen automatically to suit the design. Your logo is placed by our software, never sent to an image model. The result may differ from your brand standards. Check it in the preview and request a revision if it is not what you want.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse or disrupt the service; bypass payment, try limits, membership limits or access controls; share one Unlimited membership across different churches; scrape, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing system; impersonate another person; or request or use designs for illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or rights-infringing purposes. We may refuse, remove or suspend requests we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law.

9. Refunds

Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy. Finished designs are generally final because you see and choose the design before paying. Your legal rights are not limited where the law does not allow it.

10. Availability and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access for security, legal, payment or misuse reasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If we permanently fail to deliver a paid item, the Refund Policy applies. Rights already granted in a delivered design survive termination unless the design or its use violates another person's rights or the law.

Inactive accounts. Our service is not permanent file storage. If a church has not used the service for a long time, we may close its account and remove what is stored under it. Please keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Except for the specific promises in these Terms and the Refund Policy, the site, service, previews and designs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, ministry opportunities, or printing costs. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

12. Responsibility for claims

You will defend and reimburse DesignsDelivered LLC and its owners, workers and service providers for third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs caused by material you submit, your unlawful or unauthorized use of a design, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

13. Disputes and general terms

Before filing a lawsuit, each side agrees to send the other a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally. This does not prevent either side from using small-claims court or seeking urgent relief.

Missouri law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court case must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and each side consents to that location.

These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement about the service. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the business. We may update the Terms by posting a new effective date and giving additional notice when required. The version in effect when you place an order or a membership renews governs that order or renewal; earlier versions are kept and available on request.
