Your photos, logos, and other uploaded files remain yours. We use them only to create, deliver, secure, and support the designs you request.
Permission you give us
You give DesignsDelivered LLC and the vendors helping us provide the service a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, crop, resize, modify, remove a background from, and place an uploaded file in your requested designs. This permission lasts only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and related legal, security, or support needs.
We do not place a photo or logo into unrelated customer work. We do not publish it in marketing or add it to a stock library without separate, express permission. Files do not automatically carry into a later request; attach them again if needed.
Permission you must have
By uploading a file, you confirm that:
- you own it or have permission to use and let us use it this way;
- its use does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- every recognizable person has agreed to the intended use; and
- for every recognizable minor, a parent or legal guardian has agreed to the intended use.
The same confirmation covers your logo and any brand mark inside an uploaded image.
Do not upload confidential records, payment-card information, government IDs, intimate or exploitative images, or anything illegal or harmful. We may refuse or remove a file that creates a legal, safety, or rights concern.
How your logo is used
When you tick the box asking us to include your logo, we lift it off its background and place it in the design automatically. Placement, size, and treatment are chosen to suit the design, so the result may differ from how you normally present your logo, and fine detail can change. It is a design element, not a reproduction of your brand standards. Review it in the preview before accepting, and request a revision if the placement is not what you want.
AI changes and storage
AI may crop, stylize, or change people, objects, text, and logos in unexpected ways. Review the preview carefully before accepting it. We do not use uploads for facial recognition or to create biometric identifiers.
Our service is not permanent file storage. Your files page keeps the full-size files you purchased available for at least 3 months after purchase, and files made with an Unlimited membership while it is active and for 30 days after it ends; watermarked previews are not covered. Keep your own original and downloaded copies. We use reasonable security, but design codes and page links should be kept private because a person with the link or code may be able to view the related material.
To report unauthorized use, request deletion where available, or ask a question, email Hello@AIChurchGraphics.com and include the design code or link if you have it.
